4. Orders & Shipping
Shipping may take longer than usual due to high order volume.
Consumables and accessories ship separately from 3D printers.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns must include any free gifts (e.g., printer or accessories) received. If gifts are missing, used, or damaged, their value will be deducted from your refund.
Elegoo reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of fraud, abuse, or other violations.
No returns or refunds for non-quality related issues on mystery boxes.
