3.3 €1 Flash Deal

3.4 Earn 3× Points

3.5 New Customer Offer

Eligibility: This offer is available to customers whose first order (as defined below) was placed between November 2, 2026, 9:00 AM and December 1, 2026, 9:00 AM (CET), during the Black Friday campaign.  

Definition of "First Order".“First Order” means an order that meets both of the following conditions: (a) the email address has no previously paid and valid order; and (b) it is the first valid order successfully submitted and paid for using that email address during the Promotion Period. Where the same email address is associated with multiple orders during the Promotion Period, only the earliest valid order that was successfully paid and meets this definition will be recognized as the First Order.

Coupon Issuance: Eligible customers will receive a 5% discount coupon via email 30 days after placing their first order, provided that the order has not been refunded. Coupon eligibility will be verified before issuance. Eligible Products: The coupon is valid only for eligible 10 kg filament or resin bundles. Other products and bundle sizes are excluded. 

Validity Period: The coupon is valid until February 28, 2027.  

Discount Restrictions: The coupon cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or offers.  General Conditions: The coupon is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Elegoo reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer in accordance with applicable laws. 

3.6 Refer a Friend

Eligibility: The referral reward is available to existing customers who successfully refer a new customer to purchase an Elegoo 3D printer (filaments, resins, parts, and accessories are not included). 

This promotion applies only to orders placed directly through ELEGOO's official website (https://eu.elegoo.com/) . Orders placed through third-party platforms or distributors are not eligible. 

New Customer Qualification: The referred customer must place a qualifying order for an Elegoo machine. Elegoo 3D printer (filaments, resins, parts, and accessories are not included). The order must remain free of returns and refunds for 30 days after purchase before the referral reward becomes eligible. 

Reward for Referrers: Once the referred order has passed the 30-day return and refund period, provided that no return or refund of that order has occurred, the Referrer will receive 600 Elegoo Points. Points will be credited to the referrer's account upon confirmation of eligibility. 

Referee Reward: Upon successfully placing a qualifying order, the person referred will receive a €5 EUR coupon. The coupon will become valid 30 days later, provided there are no returns or refunds on that order. This coupon cannot be combined with other site-wide promotions or offers. Returns and Refunds: If the referred order is returned or refunded within the 30-day qualification period, no referral reward will be issued.

Please read these Official Rules carefully before participating in the Elegoo Black Friday Spin & Win promotion (the "Promotion"). 

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by [ERLE LLC / HongKong Aileku Technology Limited]  ("ELEGOO," "we," "us," or "our"). The Promotion is available to eligible participants in the United States/Canada, subject to applicable laws and regulations. 

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM and ends on December 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM (based on each participant's local time) (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who meet all applicable eligibility requirements under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of ELEGOO and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. 

4. How to Participate

To participate in the Promotion, eligible users must subscribe through the designated ELEGOO subscription form or promotional page during the Promotion Period.

After successfully completing the subscription process, participants can access the Spin & Win game and spin for a chance to win a prize.

Subscription is required to participate in the Spin & Win promotion. Each eligible participant may spin only once during the Promotion Period.No purchase is required to participate. Purchasing ELEGOO products will not earn participants additional entries or increase their chances of winning a prize. 

5. Participation Limits

Each participant is limited to one (1) entry and one (1) spin during the entire Promotion Period.

- Quantity and Odds: First-Come, First-Served. The quantity of each prize and the odds of winning each prize are as displayed on the promotion page. Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and are available while supplies last; once the total quantity of a prize has been fully claimed, that prize will no longer be awarded. Prize quantities are allocated by ELEGOO per site. Stated prize values are approximate; any difference between the stated value and the actual value of a prize will not be compensated in cash or otherwise. Except where required by applicable law, prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize. 

8. DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Prize Claim and Delivery

The winner of the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 prize must contact ELEGOO Customer Support (info@elegoo.com) after being notified of their win and provide valid proof of their win to verify their identity and prize eligibility. Once the winner's identity and eligibility have been verified, ELEGOO will request the winner's contact information and shipping address to arrange delivery of the prize directly to the winner. Winners are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and shipping information. ELEGOO is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. The prize will be shipped to the verified winner in accordance with ELEGOO's prize fulfillment procedures and applicable laws. 

Please contact us within 30 days of winning to claim your prize.If you do not claim it within this period, your right to the prize will expire.

9. Order Refund Prize

Winners of the Order Refund prize may choose between a refund for an eligible order or a gift card of equivalent value, subject to the following conditions: The winner must provide the order information reasonably required by ELEGOO to verify eligibility. If the winner placed multiple orders during the Promotion Period, only one (1) eligible order may be selected for a refund under this prize. The winner may choose to receive a refund for the selected eligible order or an ELEGOO gift card of equivalent value. The maximum refund amount is €300, with the applicable limit varying by market. The limit for the winner's market will apply. The refund amount will not exceed the amount paid for the selected eligible order or the applicable market-specific maximum refund limit, whichever is lower. If the winner chooses a gift card instead of a refund, the gift card value will be equivalent to the eligible refund amount, subject to the applicable market-specific maximum limit and the relevant gift card terms and conditions. The same prize cannot be redeemed as both a refund and a gift card. Any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant order terms.

10. 100% Off Coupons for Electric Screwdriver Set 

Winners of the Electric Screwdriver Set prize will receive a 100% Off Coupon for the applicable product. The coupon reduces the purchase price of the applicable product by 100%, bringing the product price to €0 before applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other fees. The 100% Off Coupon does not cover applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, or any other applicable fees or charges. These costs remain the responsibility of the winner. The coupon is valid only for the specific product stated in the prize notification and may not be exchanged for cash. Only one unit of the applicable product may be purchased with each 100% Off Coupon. If the Electric Screwdriver Set is unavailable, ELEGOO may substitute a product of equivalent value. 

11. Other Discount Coupons

The Filament & Resin Coupon Bundle, €10 Off €100+ Coupon, and €30 Off €400+ Coupon are subject to the following terms: Each coupon is valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance. The expiration date will be stated in the prize notification email.

The €10 Off coupon requires a minimum eligible purchase of €100.

The €30 Off coupon requires a minimum eligible purchase of €400.Coupons may only be used on eligible products or orders as specified by the applicable coupon. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, promotional codes, or discounts, including Black Friday promotional prices. Coupons cannot be used to pay for or reduce shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or other applicable fees. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired coupons cannot be extended, reissued, or replaced, except where required by applicable law. 

12. Prize Notification

Prize coupons will be sent by email to the email address provided by the participant during the subscription process. Participants are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address and for checking their inbox and spam, junk, and promotions folders.

ELEGOO is not responsible for a participant's failure to receive a prize email due to an incorrect email address, full mailbox, spam filtering, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ELEGOO's reasonable control. 

13. Taxes and Additional Charges. 

All applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, and other charges associated with the redemption or use of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. For clarity, a 100% Off Coupon only reduces the product purchase price to €0. It does not mean that the entire transaction is free of charge. 

14. Disqualification 

ELEGOO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: violates these Official Rules; provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information; attempts to participate more than once; uses multiple accounts or identities to obtain additional entries; uses bots, scripts, automated systems, or other unauthorized methods; tampers with or attempts to manipulate the Promotion or Spin & Win system; or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper conduct. 

15. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

ELEGOO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if technical failures, fraud, security issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond ELEGOO's reasonable control affect the proper operation or integrity of the Promotion. Any modification, suspension, or termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 

16. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with ELEGOO's applicable Privacy Policy. Subscribing to participate in the Promotion does not itself constitute consent to receiving marketing communications. Participants who separately opt in to marketing may receive ELEGOO marketing communications, subject to applicable law. Whether or not a participant opts in to marketing communications does not affect their eligibility for the Promotion. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or other unsubscribe mechanism provided in the relevant marketing emails. Communications necessary to administer the Promotion, including prize notifications, may still be sent where permitted by applicable law. 

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ELEGOO is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries; technical failures; network interruptions; unauthorized interference; or other circumstances beyond ELEGOO's reasonable control. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. 

18. Governing Law

The Promotion is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the participant resides. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections available to participants under applicable law. 

19. Acceptance of Official Rules

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law. Order processing and shipping may take longer than usual due to high demand during the sale. Printers, printing materials, and accessories may be shipped separately.

If you return an order that includes a free gift, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is missing, has been used, or is damaged, its market value will be deducted from your refund. This provision does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law. ELEGOO reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud or abuse of the promotion.

ELEGOO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason, including system errors, stock shortages, abuse of the promotion, or force majeure.
