  2. Durable Material: The washing bucket body is made of high-quality PP plastic, safe and non-toxic, good bending strength, excellent chemical stability, good heat and voltage resistance, and long service life.
  3. Large-Capacity Design: With a 7000ml large capacity, you can directly wash models printed on ELEGOO Mars 2 & Mars 3 series and Saturn/Saturn S (with build plate), or batch clean parts removed from the build plate to improve your post-processing efficiency.
  4. Sealed Washing: The 7-liter water tank is designed with rubber sealing and pulsator washplates to effectively remove excess resin on the surface of models and prevent alcohol splashing and volatilizing during the cleaning process.
  5. 2 Washing Modes: For basket washing, remove the model from the build plate and put it into the basket for cleaning; for suspension washing, directly hang the build plate on the rack and start cleaning so you can avoid direct contact with the resin.

Shipping Restrictions


  • Generally, the pre-owned product is only available in the 27 member countries of the European Union, but 5 of these countries may not support, it Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Malta, and Sweden, please refer to the checkout page.
  • Some pre-owned products will only support delivery to Germany, it is shown on the product page as shipped from "DE".
  • OrangeStorm Giga is not available in Malta, Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus, Las Palmas (ES), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ES), Ceuta (ES), Melilla (ES), Åland Islands (FI).
  • You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Fees


FREE SHIPPING applies to orders over €50 in most countries and regions mentioned. Orders below €50 will be charged a €15 shipping fee, EXCEPT FOR the following cases:

1. Saturn 4 & Saturn 4 Ultra & Mars 5 Ultra: Each unit attracts a €20 shipping charge.
2. Cyprus: All orders are subject to a €30 shipping fee.

For EU shipments (excluding Norway, Switzerland, Las Palmas (ES), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ES), Ceuta (ES), Melilla (ES), Åland Islands (FI), etc.), we are responsible for customs duties.

As outlined above, individual countries and regions may have specific exceptions. As an illustration, a Cyprus customer ordering one Saturn 4 would be charged a combined shipping fee of €50.

 

Ownership, Terms, and Risk


Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status has been completed) cannot be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery due to force majeure after the package is dispatched from ELEGOO, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. A return charge may be assigned to us which may be twice of the delivery cost. If in the case of this happens, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the return charge plus an additional re-delivery cost before we are able to re-dispatch the item to you.
