- Generally, the pre-owned product is only available in the 27 member countries of the European Union, but 5 of these countries may not support, it Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Malta, and Sweden, please refer to the checkout page.
- Some pre-owned products will only support delivery to Germany, it is shown on the product page as shipped from "DE".
- OrangeStorm Giga is not available in Malta, Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus, Las Palmas (ES), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ES), Ceuta (ES), Melilla (ES), Åland Islands (FI).
- You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

1. Once the package has been dispatched, please promptly monitor its status. If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us immediately to prevent exceeding the logistics channel's tracing period: the package status remains unchanged for over 7 days, or the package has been signed for but not received by you.
Upon receiving the goods, please ensure that the order is complete and undamaged. For any logistics inquiries, feel free to reach out to us without delay.

A. If you have opted for Worry-Free Delivery, you will receive an email from Seel. In case of lost, stolen, or damaged products due to logistics issues, please report these concerns via the Seel email or seek assistance by contacting them.
B. If you have not chosen Worry-Free Delivery, you can contact us at info@elegoo.com. We will coordinate with the logistics company to verify the situation and assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
2. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.
3. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.
4. Please ensure all order details are accurate and your phone is accessible. If a product is returned due to the following reasons, we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees and redelivery costs prior to resending the item:
A. Failure to contact the delivery carrier within 5 days of a delivery attempt.
B. Incorrect shipping address provided.

Q: If I order multiple products, will they be delivered together?
A: We aim to ship items together whenever possible. However, depending on product availability or shipping requirements, items may arrive separately. You will receive a notification email for each shipment.
