How to Earn ELEGOO Points

The rewards you can enjoy through the Membership Program depend on the number of ELEGOO Points you accumulate. To earn points, make sure you’re logged into your ELEGOO Store account.
Here’s how you can start collecting points through the official ELEGOO website:
  • Create an account: 100 points
  • Add your birthday: Earn 100 points on your birthday
  • Subscribe to email notifications: 100 points
  • Follow ELEGOO on social media: 20 points per platform (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, X (Twitter))
  • Place an order on the ELEGOO Store: Earn 1 point for every €1 spent (excluding taxes and shipping)
  • Refer a friend: Your friend gets €5 off their first order, and you earn 200 points
Note: Only purchases made on eu.elegoo.com count toward membership tier upgrades and exclusive benefits.

How to Redeem ELEGOO Points

You can use your points to redeem product discounts or various rewards. Points must be redeemed in fixed increments set by the system, and all redemptions are subject to product availability.
ELEGOO Points can be redeemed for:
  • Discount coupons
  • Gift cards

Some rewards may be exclusive to certain membership tiers or available only during promotional periods. Redemption rules may be updated based on ongoing promotions or new product launches.

Important Notes:
  • Points are deducted immediately upon redemption.
  • Rewards are limited in quantity and may be time-restricted.
  • Some rewards may require agreement to additional terms and conditions.
  • All rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

Discount Coupons

After redeeming your points, you’ll receive a one-time use discount code for the ELEGOO Store. Simply apply the code at checkout to enjoy your savings.
Usage Rules:
  • Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • Some products may be excluded.
  • Certain coupons require a minimum purchase amount.
  • Coupons are typically valid for a limited time.
  • If an item is returned, the discount will be proportionally allocated across eligible items, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

ELEGOO Points Expiration and Time Limits

We encourage you to redeem your points regularly to maximize your membership benefits. Rewards are available while supplies last and are subject to change, substitution, or discontinuation at ELEGOO’s discretion, with or without notice. Delivery methods and timing are determined solely by ELEGOO.

Standard ELEGOO Points expire 365 days after being credited to your account, or immediately if your membership is revoked or canceled. Certain points may expire sooner at ELEGOO’s discretion.

Promotions

ELEGOO may occasionally offer bonus points promotions, both online and offline. Bonus points may be awarded for purchasing specific products or participating in certain activities. These promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of each offer and are at ELEGOO’s sole discretion.

Transferability and Redemption Cancellation

ELEGOO Points are not transferable and cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bought, gifted, or sold unless expressly permitted by ELEGOO. Any points acquired in violation of these terms are void. Once points are redeemed, the reward (discount or product) is issued, and the redemption cannot be canceled or reversed.

Returns and Order Cancellation

If you earn points from a purchase that is later returned, canceled, refunded, or declined, the corresponding points (including any bonus points) will be deducted from your account.

Points cannot be reinstated for returned orders. Discount coupons or rewards from one order cannot be reused or transferred to another order.

Exclusions

ELEGOO Points cannot be used to pay for shipping charges or any taxes (including VAT or other applicable duties or levies). Points are earned only on the actual amount paid after all discounts, promotions, or credits have been applied. For example, if an item is reduced from €50 to €25, points will be awarded based on the €25 paid.
Points will not be earned on gift card purchases, coupon redemptions, price adjustments, or refunded/returned orders.

Points are not awarded for:
  • Purchases made before January 1, 2026.
  • Purchases made without logging into your member account.
  • Wholesale purchases or resale of used products.

Additional Terms

  • ELEGOO Points are not legal tender and have no cash value.
  • Points can only be redeemed for rewards within the ELEGOO Membership Program.
  • Only one account per person is allowed.
  • Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  • Points from different accounts cannot be combined.
  • Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in that same transaction.
  • Redeemed points cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Points are valid only within the online ELEGOO EU Store and for members in good standing.
  • Rewards cannot be used if your membership is terminated.
  • All redemptions must be completed within the active membership period.
  • Membership benefits may be adjusted at any time.
